Rebecca Stoeckle, EDC senior vice president and director of Strategic Partnerships, develops teams that tackle some of the most significant issues of our time. Balancing innovation and pragmatism, this globally focused work ranges from promoting green skills solutions to ensure we have the human capital needed to mitigate climate change to addressing the challenges of our aging demographic to redressing the COVID-19 pandemic disruption of education systems through virtual first job opportunities. Rebecca’s projects have received national recognition and awards for excellence in innovation and sustainable systems change.
As a member of EDC’s Senior Leadership Team, Rebecca seeks to develop partnerships with individuals, communities, and organizations that complement EDC’s mission and vision and to also support EDC staff and programs in building networks that can advance EDC’s work.
Additionally, Rebecca is co-chair of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine Forum on Aging, Disability, and Independence. She has served on the Stanford Medicine X advisory board and on advisory committees for the World Health Organization (WHO) and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
Rebecca is a graduate of Stanford University and was a Sage Fellow at Cornell University.
