Allahleudé  (Adèle) Djekoundadé supports project staff in the United States and abroad for local and national school reform efforts and communities and local governing bodies. She assists with the Pre-Service Institutional Capacity Assessment, English language curriculum reviews, and interactive audio instruction. Djekoundadé manages communication and project activity coordination between home offices and field-based staff. She also assists in developing and implementing administrative procedures and supporting project procurement and has experience in grants and project management.

Djekoundadé  has supported EDC’s workforce and basic education efforts in countries such as the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Mali, Burkina Faso, and Ethiopia. Prior to EDC, she also supported projects in Malawi, Kenya, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Romania, and India.

Djekoundadé  is fluent in French, English, and Ngambaye, a dialect from Chad, and also speaks beginner Spanish and Arabic. She holds an MA in Service, Leadership, and Management from the SIT Graduate Institute (aka School for International Training) in Brattleboro, Vermont.
