An Hee Foley is the leader of EDC Solutions, EDC’s direct service work with clients nationwide. She brings extensive expertise in translating for-profit business processes and strategies to nonprofit settings, including offering strategic business perspectives, theories, and frameworks; analytical capabilities; and financial management and business operations experience.

Foley oversees a large staff of EDC subject matter experts in advancing strategic initiatives that capture market opportunities to commercialize EDC’s existing and emerging products, services, and capabilities. She leads multiple ventures and builds the infrastructure and protocols to support the growth, efficiency, and sustainability of fee-for-services business opportunities at EDC.

As a member of the U.S. Division’s leadership team, Foley collaborates and advises on key EDC policies and systems. Before joining EDC, Foley was managing director for SRI International’s Center for Technology and Learning, where she led business operations and executed strategies to expand the impact of research in technology-enhanced learning.

Foley holds an MBA and MPH in Public Health from Boston University and a BA in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
