Andrea Riquetti, EDC training and technical assistance (TTA) associate, is an early childhood expert and highly skilled pre-K–12 education leader with over 30 years of experience. Drawing on her bilingual and bicultural background, she works to create inclusive and culturally responsive learning environments that support multilingual learners and ensure all students receive an equitable, high-quality education. She brings extensive expertise in TTA, school improvement, effective teaching, program development and leadership, student engagement, and effective collaboration.
Riquetti provides bilingual TTA to EDC’s early childhood programs, including the Center for Early Learning Professionals. She is also an adjunct instructor at Rhode Island College in the Feinstein School of Education and Human Development.
Before joining EDC, Riquetti was a multilingual learner specialist/interventionist, director of early childhood initiatives, elementary school principal, literacy coach, and bilingual elementary school teacher.
Riquetti holds an MA in School Administration from the University of Rhode Island, a Spanish Bilingual and Dual Language Endorsement from Rhode Island College, and a BA in Early Childhood Education from Stonehill College. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
