Tori Todd is an expert in solutions-focused coaching and an experienced learning designer committed to creating equitable, human-centered education systems. She believes in bridging the gap between cognitive learning science research and applied practices in schools to support students as whole humans.
Todd brings extensive expertise in supporting educators across the U.S. in creating deep, authentic learning experiences. As project director for EDC’s Social, Emotional, and Behavior Academy, she oversees the design and delivery of professional learning services. She also provides TA support to district teams through site visits, in-person meetings, and virtual coaching calls.
Previously, Todd was an educator, an instructional coach, and a consultant. A highly skilled mentor and manager of other coaches, she has assisted over 150 educators and leaders nationwide and internationally in examining their practice and making sustainable changes.
Todd holds an EdM from the Mind, Brain, and Education program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she studied cognitive science, personalized learning, and SEL. She has a BA in psychology and English Literature from the University of Richmond.
