Adwoa Atta-Krah, EDC director of engagement and delivery, manages the effective and timely execution of the president and CEO’s priorities. She oversees the planning, execution, and follow-through of strategic organization-wide internal and external engagements. Her skills and expertise are in education project and operations management, youth and workforce development, policy analysis, and capacity development.
Atta-Krah is a successful and versatile development leader and project management professional with over 16 years of U.S. and field experience designing and managing complex projects funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), the United Nations, the World Bank, and the Mastercard Foundation in West and Central African countries, including Mali, Ghana, Senegal, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. She has a proven track record of fostering sustainability of project activities.
Atta-Krah holds a Master’s Degree in Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University’s Heller School of Social Policy and Management. She is fluent in English and French.
