Elizabeth Ramirez is the business development (BD) associate for the U.S. Division (USD). She brings over four years of experience in project management, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, public health quantitative and qualitative research, data analysis (e.g., SAS), and data visualization (e.g., Power BI).
Ramirez works with the USD BD Team and division-wide development teams to identify and pursue opportunities to advance USD’s goals and EDC’s strategic vision, Transform Together. Previously, Ramirez was a research associate II at NORC at the University of Chicago's Department of Public Health. She gained international experience as a North American language and culture assistant in Spain.
Ramirez holds a BS in Public Health from the University of Maryland School of Public Health and completed a fellowship at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.
