Nancy Wallace is a senior youth and workforce advisor specializing in work readiness, private sector engagement, and entrepreneurship. She has over 25 years of international and domestic experience managing multimillion dollar programs in Africa, Asia, and the United States. As a seasoned manager, Wallace has proven capacities in youth development program design and implementation, organizational capacity development, grants and financial management, and staff supervision.

Wallace currently serves as the project director for two USAID-funded projects: the Higher Education Capacity Development (HECD) project in Lebanon and Opportunity 2.0, a second chance education and workforce development project for youth in the Philippines. Preceding her project director role, she served as the chief of party of the USAID Mindanao Youth for Development (MYDev) project, which supported youth in conflict and post-conflict communities.

Wallace is a founding and active member of EDC’s Gender Working Group in addition to leading the Private Sector Engagement Working Group and the Youth Team Entrepreneurship Working Group.

Wallace holds a MS in Development Management and a BS in Business Administration, Management and Marketing.
