Helping Children Affected by the Opioid Crisis

EDC’s Heidi Kar, Julie Riordan, Gisela Rots, and Kim Netter are interviewed about their efforts to help out-of-school time workers better understand and address the needs of children affected by opioid misuse at home. This effort, which was developed as part of EDC’s Pitch Competition, includes in-person training, a computer-based resource, and an activity book for students.
